Healthcare & Medical CV examples

In healthcare, professional knowledge, care and teamwork are what count. A good healthcare CV shows which patient group you work with, which registrations you hold and which care systems you know. Below you will find examples for nurses and doctor's assistants. They use a layout that recruiters and applicant tracking systems read well. Choose the template of an example and fill in your own experience.

As a nurse, put your level, your BIG registration (the Dutch register for healthcare professionals) and your patient group at the top, such as elderly care or general medical care. Then describe your rounds, your handovers and how you work with the client record. As a doctor's assistant, mention telephone triage, procedures such as an ECG and the patient record system you used. Always list a resuscitation course (BLS) with the year you took it.
