How is the score worked out?
An AI model assesses the readability, structure, content and completeness of your CV. 80 or higher is strong, 60 to 79 could be better, below 60 is a problem.
What do you do with my CV?
We don't store the file. For this check we send it to our AI provider. You can read how they process it in the privacy statement.
Why does my CV need to be a PDF with text?
The check assesses the text in your CV. A scan or photo therefore gets a low score, even if the content is good. Save your CV as a PDF from your word processor.
Does the CV check test whether my CV gets through an ATS?
Partly. The check looks at whether your CV contains real text and whether the layout is simple enough for an applicant tracking system (ATS). It does not run your CV through a real ATS.
Does a high score mean I'll get an interview?
No. The score says something about layout and content. Whether you get an interview also depends on the role and your experience.
